    This company have caused many struggles and hardships by posting a old mugshot to their website that isn't even credible anymore if they refuse to remove i will move forward with legal action,

    This website list an opt out options however the options do NOT work, the link is broken and never loads. Furthermore the link to contact anyone from the site is also broken so there is no way to contact anyone about this the information of the website offering no solution.

    Jailbase houses arrest information. It has an option to have your information removed via email request. The email link occasionally works but even when it allows you to submit your request no one processed it. I have submitted at least 4 requests via their removal link since August of 2022. I have emailed them using the email address on the BBB site. I have called the phone number listed on your site which is disconnected. I searched their corporation to get contact info to no avail. I want my information removed from their site it is impeding employment opportunities and causing great distress. My info does not always display on their website but is always available in their app. It is under *********************************** in ************** ******** arrest date July 26 2022.Thank you for your help

    I have made several attempts to request that my brother's profile be removed from the JailBase website. My brother is deceased. I have tried using their opt out feature and their contact form, both will not allow me to submit a request. Here is the web address for his profile and picture.********************************************************************************************* We would also appreciate if they could please make sure their website allows inquiries and requests to be submitted. This business should not be allowed to continue to post information like this.

    I just noticed that when I search my name online, a profile on this website is the first thing that comes up. I did not know that they have a profile of me and I don't feel that they should. I attempted to contact the business, but it just gives a gateway timeout message.

    I'm writing this email to request for the removal of my mugshot and booking information from Jailbase website because the charges have been dismissed and dropped since March 15th 2022. The charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence to prove the charges contained beyond a reasonable doubt. Simply put, I was falsely arrested and charged and the Supreme Court of Cobb County has dismissed the case. The record has been expunged and deleted from the all websites and ****** but JailBase stil has it on internet space. I have lost enough job opportunities during the period the charges were held and wouldn't want employers seeing such information on ****** search bar anymore. I requested for a quick removal of this information from the JailBase website but the link to OPT OUT does not work. I further attempted to contact them through the "contact" link to email them, but that does not work either.Is there a way to help please?

    Hello,I am in the process of expunging my cases . JailBase has my criminal cases public that is causing a lot of mental and emotional distress and financial loss. It has effected my personal and professional life. Many many people have tried to opt out from JailBase.com tried emailing and calling numerous time but all contact service is disable and not in service. Please shut this website down.

    I, Unfortunately, have had my first arrest in my 50's do to a domestic issue. I attended something called Mental Health Court here in ******* County **. which upon completion dropped some of my charge and sealed my record. I have attempted to " OPT OUT" of my mug shot and arrest info on JAILBASE.COM website for AT LEAST the past six months. However, that link DOES NOT WORK. ( pretty convenient for them I think ) I further attempted to contact them through the "contact" link to email them, but that does not work either! Legally, My information pertaining to the case and my mugshot is supposed to be REMOVED and not posted anywhere at this point. I attempted to call the number for this "business" that you have posted here, but it is out of service. Please help me get my info removed from there site as it is NOT LEGALLY supposed to be posted ANYWHERE as it is SEALED. I am not sure how they are able to remain in operation? This mugshot has ruined several job opportunities for me and furthermore it hurts my family being able to see it on their website when it should not be posted at all. ***************************
