    Im filing a complaint against Oversii, the *** enforcement vendor contracted to manage parking violations in my community. Within a three-day period, two of my vehicles were towed by Oversii without proper justification. In one case, they admitted fault and covered the fees, but I still had to miss work to retrieve my vehicle. In the other case, Oversii refuses to acknowledge any error despite my providing photo evidence, including unaltered metadata, clearly showing the vehicle was legally parked in my garage during the evenings prior of the alleged violation.Oversii has been empowered to fine and tow residents, yet they appear to act without sufficient accountability or verification. Their actions caused me both financial loss and unnecessary stress. Im requesting that Oversii review its enforcement procedures and provide assurances that similar incidents will not happen to other homeowners.

    9/5/24 - Vehicle was stickered by this company for parking related issue. Vehicle was parked in a parking space that per warranty deed is the exclusive parking space for the Homeowner. Vehicle had last years parking tag in window referencing proper parking tag as ********************** did not respond to communication relating to new version.Called and left msg for "security" company. 12 Hours later receive a call back from a blocked phone # and caller just said returning call, did not leave any contact information. Unable to reach anyone at the "security" company, always a VM. Requested to speak with management.

    I recently moved in with my boyfriend who has been dealing with this company, not at specified times, placing street violation notices on the cars parked outside his house. At times if may be from another person parking there who does not live at the house and he STILL receives a notice. The *** has been contacted via email and we've received no response. Everytime we try to call this security company, they do not pick up the phone. At times, notices won't be placed during the week at all...then randomly it's a daily occurrence. We have even registered the cars and we still receive notices. If you attempt to apply for a "permit," the website is bugged. Since no one responds, what are we to do? This is extremely alarming as these are city streets. If nothing is acknowledged, I'd be happy to escalate this further to the city of ****** to notify them on how poorly this *** discriminates against people.

    Oversii is harassing me with their illegal attempts to place parking tickets on my vehicle for street parking. This is a public city owned street, not a private street. Oversii targets only me for orange parking violation tickets on my vehicle. Nobody else ever gets a ticket and believe me there are a lot of folks parked on the street in front of their houses. This company is a joke.

    We received an inquiry from the BBB which is the first we've heard regarding the complaint you have. Happy to respond here/explain. 

    You received a citation because there was a violation of the CC&Rs in your community. We believe you live in ************** II HOA which even though they are public streets, the CC&Rs and board of directors have hired us to enforce as a 3rd party entity. We are also patrolling for security related matters in the midst of problems relating to public safety as well. 

    If you would like more detailed info, we can provide it regarding your citation. We are not able to change the result of this, but, you can contact your management company ************** Residential, **************) and ask for *************************. She is your community manager and they be able to assist you in mitigating or solving your issue. Contractually, we cannot take orders from individual residents and FSR is the statutory agent at this HOA. You may want to ask for a variance, they will explain what that is if they do allow it.
