    Showcase Shutters promises consumers they will install shutters within 10 days or 4-8 weeks  for an upfront fee of 50% of the total cost of the job, and 50% due upon installation.  Consumers allege to BBB that after they pay the 50% amount up front, they never hear from the company, or experience long delays before the company attempts to contact them.  In some cases consumers allege they are unable to reach the company at all.   Some complainants allege that the company never keeps scheduled appointments and installs only a part of the job and may attempt to collect more fees before the job is complete.  Currently, this company is not responding to BBB complaints.
