I was in a dire circumstance that required me to shorten my stay in ******* and return to my home in ********** as soon as possible. Due to the fact that my need was immediate/last minute, I had absolutely no success whatsoever after calling a number of shuttle/car services that could potentially provide me with transportation to the **********/***************. In a final effort, I contacted ******** at AZ Shuttle Select by phone and she went completely out of her way to accommodate my request at the very last minute! She asked that I give her a few minutes so she could confirm that a driver was available at such late notice. And, in fact, she was able to schedule a pickup for me within 2 hours of my initial phone call. On top of that, to my surprise, she gave me a very favorable rate! I was relieved and beyond grateful! ******** confirmed everything with me via telephone and followed up by sending me a corresponding email indicating every detail. She also sent me a picture of the driver, *******. ******** have I experienced such outstanding customer service, especially given the last minute request! All of the other car/shuttle services I contacted prior to AZ Shuttle Select gave me attitude over the phone. Perhaps understandably. Yet, ******** was hugely sympathetic and understanding of my urgent need to get home. She was very professional, efficient, and kind! The driver, *******, was truly wonderful displaying the very same attributes as ********! He arrived as was scheduled and provided me safe and efficient transportation to **********. We had great conversation on the way therea huge bonus! AZ Shuttle Select is a company with integrity and professionalism beyond measure, and they will definitely be my go to whenever I travel to and from *******! I highly recommend you choose them as well!! Thank you so much, AZ Shuttle!!

I highly recommend 1AZ Select ******************************* ******** was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to get our group of 14 booked from our ****** to ************* and back. Her husband **** was our driver, and he was right on time, super kind, and professional. They gave us a great deal, and when one of our group members left their glasses behind, **** found them and is even shipping them back to usamazing service! The shuttle was clean, the A/C worked perfectly, and they stayed in constant communication. This family-run business truly goes above and beyond. We'll definitely be using them again. Our family had a wonderful week with 1 AZ Select Transportation. They created the best itinerary for our time in *******. *************** were so knowledgeable and fun. They were our tour guides and drivers. We had a large family with a wide range of ages and they knew exactly what each person needed. This was a trip of a lifetime and we could not have done it without them. We highly recommend them for transportation or tours!1 AZ Select Transportation

Sorry for the late response ******* *****, we are very thankful for your 5-star review. We absolutley loved being with your family the entire week, exploring, the red ************** of ******, the majestic ************-********, hiking the Upper/*********************, ************** and ******** on *****************, and roller coaster of *****************************. Favorite moments in our memory is the ********************** watching your family splash in the ******************* was so much fun, watching your family enjoying that delicious fried chicken lunch in Page, AZ and loved all the shenanigans with the kids..lol. The most precious moments is watching you sisters taking pictures at strategic mom's carring your mom's photo. Loved loved it. We did not want the week to end and **** even stayed at the airport watching your plane take off wishing you would stay. lol. This a small business that cares about customer service. The day before picking us up, they sent a reminder text with a picture of the van and the driver. They're knowledgeable about the area and construction locations. They made the trip to and from the airport very enjoyable for us. Pricing is reasonable and they give a military discount.1 AZ Select Transportation

AZ Shuttle Select made my trip to ****** to and from the airport drama free and easy. They communicated in a timely manner, taking any concerns I might have about my first time traveling to and in ** effortless. They were also affordable with all of the fees and tip included so on the day I was traveling with them I didnt have to mess with that. Their drivers were highly skilled and personable. It was a pleasure to work with ******** and the staff of AZ Shuttle Select. I would contact them again if I need transportation services. I highly recommend their services.1 AZ Select Transportation

5 starsThe best shuttle service I've ever used. These guys are amazing at addressing the myriad problems facing travelers to ****** **. There are not a lot of easy ways to get where you need to go and this company understands the issues and has found ways to accommodate their customers effectively. The routes are long and the flights are uncertain, the ** folks are great with figuring out how to adapt the rides in a logical way. I was very impressed watching ******** think on her feet and adjust our shuttle times in a way that would get all of our group to the resort as efficiently as possible. This is not a simple process and she was very proactive with communication and coordination. I am not sure I have ever seen such customer service and she did so whilst showing us gratitude and professionalism. Small businesses like this seem to be the last place to find genuine support and effort to get the job done well.
