    I have reached the business several times without a response to this matter. The front desk person who answered a couple of times named ***** said "I will tell my boss about it," and that I wouldn't get a reimbursement because we've already traveled and used their service. Exactly! and that's why I want my money back July when the heat reached record high of 113+ degrees in over 30 days.I am reaching out to you as my mother and my 3 daughters used your service back on Sat July 22nd 2023, from ******** to ***, we chose your service as it had a really good description of the services you provide and we felt confident on what they were getting, this being the first time they travel from there we contacted the person on charge of the service at the number provided, gave us good instruction and when and where to meet to be picked up. The service we chose was at 1pm, so they got in the transportation with no problem, the driver was polite and they had a working air conditioning. We stopped an hour later in **** (which we weren't advise as it was supposed to be a non-stop trip) to wait for another van, we were under the sun and with a high heat alert, we were kept ther for over 30 minutes, please consider at this point that my children are minors and my mother is 70 years of age. Once the transportation picked them up, my mother noticed there was no A/C and told the driver which very rudely said he had it on, but she pointed out it was only the fan, to what he got upset and made more rude comments, the transportation was packed and they all had to go throught the horrible experience of traveling for over 3 hours, on a high heat alert day without A/C! Our family members arrived soaking wet and with plastic bags with melted ice they had to use to cool them down. At this point I am requesting a full refund of our money as the service provided was not even close to the one advertised on your website.The transportation number is ***** ******* TE-206.Total paid $300
