I got solar panels in 2015. In ***************************************************************** 2021 the panels stopped working and they came and replaced the inverter. On July 2024 the inverter has stopped working and no longer produces energy again. I called the company and found out they have filed for bankruptcy and left all of their customers without proper warranty information to get someone else to fix any issues. I am left with a 20k bill to continue paying for panels that dont work and pay the monthly electricity. I need someone to help me find who is in charge of our warranty. The panels are supposed to have warranty but I cant get a hold of anyone.

01/07/21 The sales representative deceived me when making the sale by representing to me that I would be getting a credit from the *** in the form of a check in the approximate amount of $13,000. I would in turn send the check to the ************* Loanpal, now Good Leap in order for my monthly payment not to go up and remain at $198 per month. I stressed several times over to the Sales guy that I could not afford a payment more than $200 a month and I would only consider installing the panels, if and only if what he was saying was true. He assured me that he was telling me the truth and that they in fact would help prepare my income tax for me free of charge. Well A year later, after going to 3 different Tax preparers, I was told that I had been misinformed and that *** DOES NOT give credit in those amounts, if anything maybe $200-$300 credit, that would be all. I reached out to the sales guy and told him of the situation, and that the information he had told me to convince me to get the solar panels was false, he replied by saying that they "were not tax experts" and had no control over what *** does. I responded by saying that he sure did sound like a tax expert when convincing me to buy the panels. It has been a nightmare for us. I recorded the sale because I did not want to forget any of the things he was telling me. In fact the lady that he was on the phone with from Loanpal reiterated what he said about me getting a check from the ***. My payment went up to almost $300, I just don't know what do to anymore, I've been sending in a $200 payment every month, I am not going to fail on my commitment of the $200 payment, I just can't afford paying the remaining amount all at once. I send it in smaller amounts. Aside from all of that, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MUCH SAVINGS ON MY ELECTRICAL BILL!!! Now I have the about the same electrical bill PLUS A $281 payment to deal with!! HELP. LOAN TOTAL IS ABOUT $63,000. I didn't know what to do about this or who to complain to...
