1 starThe entire process has been a complete nightmare. Missed appointments, no call no shows, They didn't even show for the first inspection I had to do the walk through. The install failed inspection twice and barely passed the 3rd time. A new person was sent each time an issue needed to be addressed. It took 3 months to come back to repair a damaged ceiling. This entire process started in September and we are now finally complete in Mid March. Not to mention I was told Once the Solar was turned on I no longer had to pay Ameren for electric I am now making my second double dipped payment to Ameren with no one at Solarships offering a resolution except we are looking into it for the last month. Communication or lack there of is horrible.Review fromBrandy D

They are the most affordable, reliable and communication throughout the whole project was phenomenal. I would highly recommend solar ships.

Great job installing our solar system. These guys were everything you expect from a quality company. The installers were courteous and professional. When they were complete with the installation, all the debris was picked up and they even painted the conduits to match the roof and wall colors. The system has been working for about 6 months, and so far not a single problem. Highly recommended.Solarships Installation Services LLC

First off let me start by saying we went with ******** for our Solar needs. This was not a good idea as we soon learned over a period of time. We had some real communication hassles with them, thank goodness for Solarships ************ Services and *************************** he and his team were the ones to install the panels on our home. ****** was a superhero when he took over at his own expense to finish the job ******** was to do. He got the approved ******* inspection letter to TEP so our meter could finally get installed. Apparently, we are one of the lucky ones. We have talked to ****** multiple times, and he is awesome to work with. I wish we would have found Solarships ************ Services prior to ********. We will be sharing our Solar experience with all that ask ** about Solar needs. ****** and **** in **** **Solarships Installation Services LLC
