    My son received a referral to this company during an inpatient hospital visit in November. Upon discharge, I completed the online application and received a couple responses back. The last communication I have received from the Executive Director is from the end of December. I have emailed, called and left voicemail, reached out via social media and have not received a response back. My son is in need of the services that are rendered at this company, as covered/contracted by my insurance company and it seems that I am being flat out ignored. I have limited places to choose from with my insurance on places that provide services to autistic children, at my son's age. This seems to be about the only place I can go without paying out of pocket as my insurance will cover his services at 100%. I am in the healthcare field myself as a senior level leader and I would never allow my referrals or patients to be ignored, especially when they have reached out multiple times for the assistance.

    I am in receipt of complaint id#********.

     

    I am the Executive Director of Education at ACCEL.  I have not spoken to this individual nor received any communication from her.  ACCEL is a non-profit special education day school.  We do not work or contract with insurance companies, we work with school districts.  I believe we may have received this complaint in error.  Thanks for your time.
