    I purchased a subscription on 4/21/2025 for 2 years of People. I received no magazines, and People hasn't heard of me. I called the support numbers for "MagazineDeals.com" and they are recordings that never pickup. You can leave a message but no one ever calls back. The emails never get sent back. I believe they scammed me out of my money. I have the original receipts and screen shots of the order, and payments.

    I ordered a 3 year subscription of the Economist on 8/10/23. Due to changes in life circumstances, I no longer have time to read and requested to cancel on 10/25/24. They responded once asking for the reason to cancel, but have been silent after that, despite multiple attempts asking for a follow up.This is time sensitive because according to their policy they will issue pro-rated refund. The longer they delay the less refund will be prorated.

    I have ordered and paid for magazines from magazinedeals.com in the past 6 months on two occasions. To date I have not received any magazines. I have emailed them twice with no response. All I want is the magazines.

    On January 6, 2024, I purchased a 3-year subscription for **************** from MagazineDeals.com and paid them via credit card a total of $139.95. They promised receipt of the first month between March 9 and April 6, 2024. When I didn't get the magazine by April 9th, I reached out to them via their Customer Support email (support@********************* and received an automated response that said they would look into it and advise. I never heard from them again. I sent follow up emails and call their ************ customer service number that asks you to hold, but no one ever picks up. I was on hold for close to 1 hour. There is a voice message option, but the mailbox says that it cannot accommodate any more messages. So I have been ghosted by MagazineDeals.com. As we enter May 2024, I have been dealing with this almost 4 months. I disputed the charge with my ********************

    I ordered a magazine subscription 2/12/2024 from Magazinedeals.com & have not received an issue. The order number is ******* & the cost was $10. I have tried to contact customer service by ***************** with no response. Im wondering if this is a legitimate website or if I need to dispute the charge. Thank you for your assistance.

    Early this year, I ordered 2 subscriptions from magazinedeals.com, details below:Dwell on 1/9/2023 order ID ******* Mens Health on 2/19/2023 ******* I have yet to receive an issue of Dwell despite contacting both magazinedeals.com and dwell.I received a couple of Mens Health but they have stopped arriving.I have tried to contact magazinedeals.com, once through their online form, another time through email sent to ************************ I did not receive a response to either (i checked my spam folder to be sure)I tried calling futilely. The phone number shown on in their ads: 24/7 Phone Support: ************ when called says "You've reached customer relations. This number is not currently assigned"

    I ordered a subscription for my dad for Fathers Day. I placed this order on 6/3/23. I order (attached) stated the delevery would arrive between 7/22/23 - 8/19/23 to this date no delivery. i have sent many emails and called and left many messages. No response from anyone.

    Ordered a magazine subscription before Christmas of 2022. What informed at the end of January that my orde was cancelled and will be refunded. No refund or magazine has been sent.
