      Billed for a subscription to the New Yorker in Sept. 2024. No issues ever received. Made at least 10 attempts to contact the company. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails.

      I placed a magazine order in April for ******************** and I have not received a single issue I like help on receiving my magazine subscription Thanks for your help with this process

      Every year I renew a gift subscription for my child. This year, I renewed with this company for the first time, for another year. I specifically gave the shipping and billing addresses as different. It was also specified this was a gift, and not to come to my address, but to the shipping address. Soon, I began receiving the magazine. I called the company, whereupon they informed me they could not change the address. Then, the representative said she could change the address to be sent to my child, but it would still be addressed to me! I explained this was ridiculous...the mail does not work that way!!! So, I called them back again and again. They will not answer the phone, they will not return voice mail requests, and they do not respond to email. Today, I received the December issue of the magazine and mailed it to my child at a cost of approximately $2.00. The last two issues I personally delivered by driving the 15 miles to my child's home. This is absolutely ridiculous. Either send the magazine to the intended recipient or refund my money so I can go through Guideposts to re-order. I never had any problems until I tried this company. I have spent HOURS trying to clear this up. We do live in the age of computers, not the Pony Express...WHAT is the problem??? How difficult can it be to send a magazine to a requested address? Time is valuable to all people, and this company has wasted mine.

      I went online to SubscriptionAddiction.com (for the first, and definitely the last time) to order a subscription of Veranda (6 issues for $10). I got an email notification stating that I ordered Architechtural Digest for $10. I immediately called the number listed & got no answer. I tried repeatedly & finally left a message indicating that I ordered ***************** not Architectural Digest. Four days later - still have not gotten a response. I also sent an email 2 days ago & have not gotten a response. No legitimate business should be allowed to get away with this, I would either like my money back or a response acknowledging receipt of both my voicemail ************ email and then receipt of the 6 issues of *****************
