      I honestly have never left a negative review before in my life, and It pains me to write this review because I really think **** is a great guy. However, the service we have received since he installed our security equipment has been HORRIBLE! It takes MONTHS, yes, I said MONTHS for them to come and fix any problems. We have had one problem after another with the equipment! **** is always so kind and apologetic, but then no one shows up or when they do, they don't fix the problem. So many times, when they do show up they are here for about an hour and then they need to run and get a part and then they don't return. I have been told so many times "I will be there in the morning" and no one shows up. My last correspondence with him was on April 24th and he said he would be here the following morning. We haven't seen nor heard from him since. The front door entry system hasn't been working since September! We don't know what else to do.
