    I ordered this top on June ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ ****** so I paid $28 for the top. Later in July I was informed that they made a mistake and did not have the inventory to fulfill orders so I could wait another 4 months for my order or cancel for a refund. I chose to cancel my order and receive a refund. They canceled my order on August 1 st and I have been reaching out ever since for a refund. They have not helped me at all and I have spoken with at least 10 different employees who say they will keep me informed and that my refund has already been submitted but that is false. All I want is my $28 back for an item I never received. They are a complete scam!

    I placed an order with Santorini Styles in January 2024. I was told March 9 The usual transit time after the shipment is 24 weeks. It had been 5 weeks since the order was placed. I was given bogus tracking numbers. I requested a refund on April 1. I was told April 2, We regret to inform you that your recent order appears to have been lost in transit and In light of the lost shipment, we would like to offer you a replacement for your order at no additional cost. We will expedite the processing of the replacement and ensure it is shipped to you promptly. I accepted the offer against my better judgment. April 23, I asked for updates, as I had not received the replacement. I received a generic response stating that they were working to process my order. On May 11, I sent a request for updates and requested a refund again. I received a response the same day, We're pleased to inform you that your reshipment has been handed over to the courier service. We are currently awaiting the tracking information from them. I responded that I did not want the item anymore and suggested that the company was running a scam and demanded a refund once more. On May 13, I received a generic email telling me that they are not a scam. I again requested a refund in response. May 20 I had not received a response and again requested a refund. May 25, I received an email from a manager, ********, who said they had submitted my refund request. On June 8 and again on June 18, I had not received my refund or any updates and again demanded my refund. Today, June 21, I received a response stating Unfortunately, our accountant has declined the refund request citing that the order is considered to be very old. However, we would like to offer you the option of receiving the refund in the form of store credit or a gift card for our store. This is unacceptable.

    On 4/8, I purchased a bathing *********** from their website. The cost was approximately $70.00. I requested a refund from their website as I never received the item. While I received a tracking number, the tracking number merely tells me where the item is going. It does not tell me where the item is. I tried to contact their customer service phone number, but it appears the number does not connect. Via email, I requested service and I am being told that I need to be patient. No where does it say that this item is coming from *****, but I suspect it is. I would like my monies credited back. I, also, would like others to know that this appears to be a scam.

    I ordered a dress on January 22, 2024, and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. I keep checking the tracking number and it has not moved. I have emailed the company for a refund - because at this point, I won't even need the dress if it ever gets here - but they keep saying there's nothing they can do. I read a few reviews online and some people are calling this company a scam. I hope that is not the case, but wanted to report them because this has been a very disappointing experience - and perhaps it is a fake company.
