      On 1/15/2923 I Registered my son *** ***** Klovis on International Talent Agency Model Act (ITA) The Coordinator is named ******* ******* with Phone number ************ with Address as: ************************************************************I used my ***** Club credit card to pay for the registration fee of $795.00. The rest of the payment was done with my Debit card. in five Installment of $795.00, $1.500.00, $800.00, $600.00, $300.00 totaling $3.995.00. Unbeknown to me a second withdrawal of $795.00 on the card on the 03/14/2023. My credit card balance jumped from $5.804 to $8.744.54 within two months. I called ***** ********************* to inquire what was going on in my account I was told because I charged my account twice the interest doubled by $3.000.00. I authorized the first payment of $795.00 and did not authorize a second withdrawal.I tried to call ************* to no avail. With *************** if they see any suspicious charges as ******* as $36.00, they inquire if it was authorized. If the Bank could have sent an alert, I could have told them not to make a second withdrawal I called Ms. ******* repeatedly she ignored my calls and messages. Two refunds were made which is still not enough. On 06/14/23 Ref # ********* of $300.00 that same date a second refund of $600.00 invoice #********* I tried to contact ***** club customer service nobody to listen to me. They increased my percentage charge from *****% to 34%without any explanation. From January to August this year I have paid almost $4.000.00 it all goes to the interest.I am coming to Better Business Bureau for Help.
