    I requested a full refund weeks and weeks ago. *** sent about six messages and was on their chat bot. No one responds. I used this product for one year and it didnt do anything. They state 100% money back guarantee if this product didnt work. No one is getting back to me. Does anyone actually work in an office? Or do they just send out orders? Is this a fraudulent business? I would like my money back as promised if this didnt work. It didnt even fade my ink. Nothing. I think this business is a scam.

    When I first made my purchase of the 12 month supply of their tattoo removal cream, I was confident in my purchase since they offer a 100% money-back guarantee on their website and state that you can apply for a refund after 12 months of use if you are unsatisfied with the product. I used it as directed for the 12 months and was not satisfied since it did not do what it promised (AKA remove my tattoo). I first reached out to them back in June (June 8th specifically) and even tried the chat on their website; I filled out their contact form on their website twice (June 8th and June 10th) and then attempted to email their 3 different emails June 12th, June 24th and July 6th. I then began a dispute with them with my credit company, Discover, since Inkology has been unresponsive. Their response to Discover was to say that I never contacted them once (even though I have photo proof) and that I am trying to commit fraud; they even tried to ruin my credibility by saying I already tried to commit fraud when no fraud occurred. Discover told me that the transaction is valid, which it is, I just want the full refund promised to me by their money-back guarantee after trying the product for the allotted time and not being satisfied with the results since it did not fully remove my tattoo at all. I was told by Discover I need proof stating that I am due a refund by Inkology and that I should communicate with them; even though I have tried several times, they just refuse to get back to me. My boyfriend used their contact form and got an actual immediate reply by a person, yet when I responded stating that I was unsatisfied and want my refund, they stopped replying; it's been a week now with no response and so I've finally decided to fill out this form. Going on their trust pilot, I see multiple people in the same situation as I am and just believe that this company is a scam.

    I purchased the remover on 3/24/22. It came looking exactly like the picture and I started using it right away. After about 5 months I contacted them about the product because I wasn't seeing any types changes. The cream is supposed to help remove unwanted tattoos. They messaged me back and told me I had to wait a year to see any results or to get a refund. I have contacted them several times and have not received anything but an auto email saying someone will get in contact with me. I have contacted them 4 times already this year with no response to email or their chat bubble. All I want is to be done with this company and product and get my money back. I feel like I wasted $100 on nothing my tattoo is still as bright as it was when I started using the cream there has been no fading or any sign that the cream is working. I just feel this is not right especially when you say money back guarantee big as day on your website. I just want some help or to help someone else to not fall in to the lie they put on their page.

    8/31/2022 I emailed them in reference to a full refund after they guaranteed a refund. I received my order 12 days after date of promise and I requested a refund then but was told I had to wait 20 days. I want my money back because the wait time was ridiculous
