    Couple months ago I decided to start the process of refinancing my home and was recommended to these man whose name is *************************, an employee for Best Home Savers. At the beginning I explained and gave all the information he needed and was attentive, obviously is because he wanted my business. Soon after the process started I was never able to reach this man, and ** talking about not reaching him at all. I kept calling and texting until I would get an automated text saying I will call you back, when he would finally call after days and days it was with no updates jst promises. Well, he had me collect all documents with the promises of the refinance already being locked, so at that moment I gathered all docs and sent them. ***** after he sent me documents to sign and the numbers didnt add up, I confronted him about some charges and he advised the numbers will get corrected that they were not final. He then went ahead and said to me he needed an appraisal done and I needed to pay for it, I told him one of the charges on the documents sent was the appraisal so I didnt understand why I had to pay out of pocket and then get charged for it again in the closing cost. He then went ahead and said he would reimburse me the full amount but I needed to pay to continue. I paid and after that it only got worst. Communication was horrible, i would blow up his phone with calls and texts and nothing. After a few texts where I disclosed my discontent with the lack of communication and service he informs me the refinance will not go through, I then asked for the reimbursement of my appraisal and didnt hear from him for 2 weeks, after that he responds with I will reimburse 1/2, I am so disappointed on this man and the service they provide that I would NEVER recommend them. I had to choose 1 star since I cant post my review with ZERO STARS
