    Very bad service. NO call back Multiple phone numbers of which some are out of service.Hard to contact. ***************************** agreed to come to meet me at my house and scan my documents to file my 2023 taxes. After 3 days I had not heard anything back from her so I called her phone and no answer I left a voice message.I have still never heard anything from her and so I had to do my taxes myself since April 15 the deadline had come.This was so rude and disrespectful that she would come into my home and scan my tax documents and then I never hear anything from them. I think this is a very fishy business going on. This inconvenience made me late in filing my taxes and never got any kind of call from her I want to report this so that other people are aware of this horrible experience I had.I was trying to give support to a local business and found out it was operating under very shady circumstances
