    BUYER BEWARE. Sounded like a really good company at first but then turned very sour once the contract and terms surfaced. This company wants 50% down payment when the contract is signed and wouldnt commit to a start date. A good standing company with good financial standing should never ask for a down payment. Next I tried to get the proposal and contract scope of work to list out the entire scope of work. We were only talking a few items that needed to be clarified. Wanted to have the scope nailed down in writing to protect us and them if any issues arose. And this is where it went very sour quickly. They called and said they had heartburn with that and said they would not work with us and were pulling out of the project. I would highly recommend not using this company. Something smells very wrong the way they want to do business.

    Very arrogant, not a good listener. The owner, *************************** hung up on me when I ask him for referrals in the area. Interpersonal skills need work. I think he would be very difficult to work with under a contract. Would not recommend him as a provider of services.
