My nerves have went from 100 to 0. Speaking to ******* at this company has really relieved me and gave me confidence and assurance on how to take care of my timeshare recession period. I feel like I was stuck in a timeshare because in ***** we have a 3-day resuscitation period. And he googled for me as we are on the phone to let me know the policy for timeshare in *******. And he gave me step by step of what I can do to get out of it legally before my time is up. I'm going to take care of the resuscitation period timeshare cancellation letter that he mentioned to me and sending it certified through the post office and sending it to my representative also through email. Thank you so much ******* you have been so helpful and you don't know that this really made me feel more in control of what's going on in my own life. I felt really stuck and pressured for a moment.
