    ?My name is ******* *******. I stayed in your resort for 2 1/2 months due to an electrical issue in my home. All my reservations were paid through ******* by my home warranty company and my insurance company ********. On October 24th I was unable to reach my agent in a timely manner to extend my reservation so I booked through Expedia and needed to wait for a response for the deposit to be paid. I was told by Jenn that the reservation had to be paid in a hour or she would cancel my reservation and I wouldnt be allowed to book again. I returned about a 1 and a half later after calling several times to advise that I was coming in to pay and she refused to accept the deposit and canceled my reservation. She was very unprofessional and rude. An employee that works there even agreed that it wasnt even the check in time and I should have been allowed to use my reservation. I felt as if I was discriminated against and have notified Expedia of this incident. I would like to speak with you or someone in further detail as I have a reservation paid that Im unable to use thats not being refunded

    I have been here for two weeks and i have had three prople walk in my room on my son and on me when my room was still in extention one time that it happened they upgraded my room the last time it happened and the house keeper came in my room did not knock when she heard my voice she closed the door then knocked she had no cleaning supplys and a backpack the security guard that was on site and adv that is a breech of my privacy because my room was still active and not in check out i was supposed to hear back and never did ***** ever spoke about it again the hotel moved us rooms and gave me a key to someone else hotel and i walked in on them now they have over drafted my account and charge my card 800 dollars and i have been waiting to speak with a manager this is rediculous i am african american and i feel i am being miss treated if this occurred with a cacasan person they would have been giving them rooms for a week free this is rediculous and a breech of my privacy
