    I scheduled an oil change on April 29, 2023. Will I was there I asked if they can check why my engine light was on. During the visit they suggested that I needed and air filter and cabin air filter. I took their recommendations. I was told to come back on April 30, 2023 to resolve the issue for the engine light. I paid $153.96 for the oil change and both filters. I was told to bring my car in at 10am on and it would take 1 hour. When I got there they said it would now be done at 1pm, due to them being busy. At 1:15pm I got a call stating that the part they order was incorrect and they didn't even touch my car. I was told I could come back another day and have it fixed. I told them that I was unable to return for a 3rd time. When I checked my invoice from my last oil change on Feb 12,2023 I saw that they changed the air filters then as well. At this point I feel as though they are just trying to scam people and waste their time. Will never return to them.

    The store manager has not called to speak with me. I spoke with the assistant manager before filing this complaint for a resolution and was not given one.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
