    We were responsible to help our family member in ** sell his property. We live in ** State. Pioneer was recommended to us by a local real estate agency and we understand why. Tho' we did do call two other agencies; their services were more reasonable. But this was not a case of 'you get what you pay for'. To a person they were knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient.Due to the different-state situation, they could have made things arduous. It was the opposite. Incredibly easy.
