    I purchased an item from their website on December 14th for $34.18. Package said it was delivered on December 27th but I looked all over and couldn't find it. I reached out and they provided the couriers name. When looked up they have mixed reviews saying they help scam people by providing fake tracking numbers. I used 2 different tracking numbers provided to me in local couriers near my address. Courier called AciLogistix is what they used. I looked up tracking numbers with **** and *** and they couldn't find any info on either. I am seeking a refund and apology from this business because I feel as if I have been scammed.

    I ordered 2 of the super sockets w/ wrench attachment about 2wks ago through the ******** ad. Confirmation came through fine. A few days later I received an email from ***** asking for $1.95 to verify my address because something was wrong and my package was undeliverable. I paid it. Then a couple days later, I received an email from *** stating the same thing, but asking for $2.00. Both ***** and *** sent the same "picture of my package"--- I have left numerous chats and emails attempting to get in touch with SOMEBODY! The phone number listed will not answer any calls d/t "call volume". The 2 tracking numbers I have are not recognized by either ***** or *** even though they are associated on the same email regarding my package. I feel like this is a scam. I refused to keep putting my card information to these companies for "shipping and handling" fees when my tracking number keeps on coming up unidentifiable and the complete disregard of the company to reach out when I have done everything the website asks!! At this point, I feel like they are pushing this out, not reaching out to me so that I reach that "30 day no return/refund" ***** I am looking to talk with a representative of the company and attempt to get what I purchased, But... if a refund is easier on the company's part and they don't want to discuss with me anything, they are more than welcome to just return my money to my card and send me an email confirmation-- They have my email and phone number about 15 different times via my chats and emails attempting some sort of contact!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you read the fine print they dont accept returns that are shipped from Asia that are purchased through their company. The item that I ordered you will see states in description that it ships from the **. However my tracking information states it came from *****. It was in ********** on 12/22/22. I have YET to receive the items that were ordered 12/12/22. I have emailed company twice with no response. I have called company multiple times and the answering service states Unable to handle call volume at this time. Please email or live chat us. Well emailed twice on two different days and there is no place to click live chat. I have also contacted shop pay to try to get them to resolve this situation as well and now feel that the Better Tools Brand company needs to he reported to BBB. Awful customer service and support. I have never done this before as I feel stuff happens out of everyones control but there is something off with this company. My wish is that this order be canceled. The site I purchased my order through be refunded. If packaged does end up delivered I will be sending it back to the company and they better accept it as it clearly states shipped from US. I Will not be ordering any future items from them.
