  ****************** Random workers running plates whenever they feel like it. I am a DV survivor. Nobody is supposed to be able to run my plates. They cause me severe anxiety attacks. I have no idea who or why they are running my plates all the time just looking for people to tow.

  These degenerates towed my vehicle during a free parking period and wouldnt let me pick up there car from their POS facility until the next day despite the fact that their condescending employee was still answering phones when I called. If I vow one thing for the rest of my life, it is to put these degenerates out of business. The **************** should step in and shut down this leech company for fraud. Class action coming against both.

  They towed my car in error. They did not have approval from the *** and did not follow the *** guidelines. I have tried for over a year to be reimbursed after being told verbally and in an email multiple times they would send me a check. I never received one and now they ignore me. It's a racket! They tow your car when hey shouldn't leaving you stranded to get to work the next day and then you have to pay to get your car back or be charged additional storage fees. SCAM!!!

  Ok so my car has been towed twice from my apartments because there is no parking and I parked in the firelane. Kwik Tow charged me like $120 and at the time I was ******. Now a new company tows at. my complex and for the one day storage I paid like $400 for some BS fees for one day also. Fu@k RM

  Thank you, we wont comment on any of our competitors but we try and do right buy all people wether your our client or the owner of the vehicle who was towed.

  Kwik Tow extorts money by holding your vehicle for ******.I HAVE a "guest parking permit" from Aspire West Apartments signed by the management , I had it IN the car , and these complicit THIEVES towed my car !! $160 cash to pay them ****** ( $163 on a credit card )and neither of the clowns working could answer any questions.."Take it up with Corporate"******************** is the "101 yard"that does not have a listed phone number... They are hiding their scam as much as possible....

  Sorry your had a bad experience,  if you email me at a ***************** and let me know the vehicle we can search the pictures to verify the permit.   If there was a permit we can refund your money.

  This company is absolutely predatory, they are never available when someone is parked in my parking space, but apparently they watch the mail room like a hawk. I went inside, grabbed a package, less than two minutes later, my car was jacked. They said it was a fire lane despite the curb not being painted, the owner laughed when I called to complain, he was horrible to deal with. I have sent an email to apartment management.

  Horrendous company. Towed my car around 11/6/23 because I backed into a parking space in the visitors lot. There is not a single sign in or near the visitor lot advising we cannot back into a spot. Additionally, the property management company never said it was prohibited and its not in the lease. The only rule I was told by management was dont park along the wall. *** lived in several complexes around the valley and none of them banned residents from backing into a parking space. Man at the tow yard said its a rule from your property management company but then he had no idea who the management company is. Sounds like they arent really contracted with the complax and illegally towing from this lot. Disgraceful and predatory company.

  Not only does the number they give you not work, but a lot of the addresses on the card are also FALSE. This company towed my car, RUINED my bumper and then tried to tell me that I did the damage. Mind you I just got the car. The owner will ACT like a nice guy willing to pay, then try to accuse you of the damage and not return any calls. This company is a joke and I am not sure why they are even still in business. They have not seen the last of me. I will be seeking legal support to get this situation rectified. By the looks of the review, the company is bad in all areas. If I wouldn't even give them A STAR at all. That is how bad the company is.
