      On February 17, 2024 I had my car towed by ******** since 2 p.m. we contacted them on regards of getting my ***** Accord back in my hands. I called and was informed that I had two options of getting my vehicle back. First option, waiting until Monday and getting charged per day fee and the additional fee for towing. Second option, is paying the towing fee and an additional $50 weekend by appointment fee for picking it up afterhours. So I decided to do after hours. Sent in required information: Title of my vehicle with front and back photos and my drivers license. Only after sending that information would I get the payment option and only after paying I would be able to get the location of my vehicle. Once I got the location of my vehicle they still had to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set for 6 p.m. on that same day. However, only when I already got here at exactly at 6 p.m. they called me to say that it would be at a later time. Now I had to wait until a new set time at 8:30 p.m. Not only that customer service through the phone was horrible and disrespectful. Since it is a weekend police department cant do anything. Only until Monday during work hours would they be allowed to help. They also wanted to add extra charges for replacing a tire that we already have in hand just to plug in play. That would be an extra $83 dollars. We had the tools to be able to replace it however they consider it a safety issue to replace just to add extra charges.

      Hello, sorry for my English as I am not native speaker but I will try to be as precise as possible. I called Quik Pik Towing on November 15th at 8:45 pm because my car broke down suddenly at ************************* near ************ and it's just 1 mile from intersection of ************************* and *************. The sheriff noticed me and ordered me to stop at curb there, ordered me to sit in his car and then drove me to intersection of ************* and ******************************************** ( *************) 7,5 miles from ************* where my car was. He dropped me there, asked me to tow my car as soon as possible and left . There near ***************** i called the ******** Towing. On the phone i talked to one person,presumably male and i told him several times that i am at Shell and my car at ************* and that i need to picked up , he calculated the price as 263 dollars. The tow truck arrived 80 minutes later when i was already walking towards my car. The driver was male and he was rude initially. He "where is your car? You said it was at Shell ?" I said "no , it is at ************* and i told dispatcher 5 times about that just listen the recorded conversation again " He called dispatcher and dispatcher made a new bill of 304 dollars and driver told very rude and offensive "if you don't agree to pay get the f*** out of my truck now" i said " i ready to pay but don't curse". Then he repeated it several times as if i am a rogue. Then we drove to my car , and while was hitching my car was cursing and swearing at me all the time for no reason. When i asked him be more polite , he told me "shut up, if you talk more stupid i will leave you and your car in seconds ". Then we were driving my house when after only 1 mile he suddenly stopped and called dispatcher and told me in aggressive and threatening manner " if you don't pay a new bill of 304 i will dump your car here and you too " After we arrived home , he left my car in bad position: far from curb and crooked .I was shocked by them

      What's worse than your vehicle being towed even though you had permission to be where I was parked? How about being INSIDE the vehicle whilst it was being picked up by a crazy rude truck driver? Or the tow office manager telling me I don't own the vehicle but when I show paperwork she refuses to look at it and then calls the police to have me removed ? Then the higher up manager tells me I'm lying about the video I recorded whilst I'm being thrown around my vehicle because the tow truck driver picked me up from the wrong end and had to put me down again and then proceeded to pick me up from the correct end. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and she is causing a lot of unnecessary stress for no reason.
