      Even one star is too many! We rented an RV parking space from Pecos Storage in Feb 2021. The following year, Jan 2022, we rented a separate storage unit on the same property to store the interior furnishings of ****** while we renovated it. August 2022 we received a call from the storage facility that there had been a fire and all the contents of our unit (along with 8? others) had been destroyed. We were told at the time that we'd receive an email advising how to proceed and that the owner would call everyone to resolve losses. We never received a call or email from the owner, ***************************. Gila ************ and Fire reports both confirm that a storage facility employee admitted starting the fire while stick welding on top of an adjoining unit. Employees have given us the run around this entire time. After the fire they told us they have insurance but do not want to file a claim against their insurance because their rates would go up. ****************** finally replied to a text (Feb 2023) and told us to email our itemized list of property to the office. But he refused to acknowledge receipt and has never responded to us again. He ignored a demand letter from an attorney (Sept 2023) AND inquiries directly from the ******* ************************* (Dec 2023). We lost all the interior furnishings of ******, replacement value of $30,000. ****** has been un-useable while we continue to wait for resolution. We are now meeting with attorneys to file a lawsuit and have contacted 3 On Your Side.

      Using the Pecos storage facility for parking a truck and trailer or recreational vehicles seem to good.Almost 2 years ago while they were adding security barbed wire to the top of the block wall for security, while welding they caused a fire that burned some storage sheds. Ours was one of them. I made a list from memory of everything that was not usable or salvageable. We still havent gotten reimbursed. I have called multiple times and left messages. I have left several messages on their websites contact me messaging email service.Not one return email or phone call.I feel their customer service with an incident like this is unacceptable.I would really appreciate some kind of resolution.
