We were hired by ******* to transport a trailer from ****** to ******* for *******. When it was time to deliver the owner ignored ** for 3 days causing the driver to have to sit and wait.. and have to cancel prior arrangements. We were able to contact the customer and explain that the broker was ignoring us and how we noticed they have multiple non payment reviews online. After days of ignoring me, the owners wife told me he was too busy to deal with the business, told me stop calling her husband (while I still had their customer's trailer) and then days later assured me she sent a Zelle payment but it was never received. Long story short, their customer had to pay ** and dispute their credit card payments to ******* due to them ignoring the both of ** and when they did answer they kept lying to the both of us. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read their reviews online. They have been ripping people off for years.
