  I have “owned” this service company that is supposed to book discounted travel for two years and have never used. It has not been worth the “savings” (15$) to book through them. I ask for quotes via email and invariably they call me. The quotes that they give me for travel do not come personalized, just copy and pasted from their “sample itinerary”. They stated that they can’t adjust it like I was told they could do. I also tried to get a quote for April of 2025 and they told me that they cannot give me a quote until I pay the renewal fee first. The renewal is not due until October 2024. Also, every time I talk to a person, a different person answers back and suddenly my email is filled with spam and my phone rings off the hook with spam callers.

  Nothing but lies. Impossible to connect with a company rep. ***** calls are answered by a pre programmed speech with no ability to speak with a human.

  A complete scam of a company. Their presentation was full of lies. We have never been able to book a vacation through them, as it is more expensive and much more limited than anything we found online. I wish I could have left a 0 star rating.

  A few days ago I responded to a requested review and said, "Lux Vacations was marketed to us as a very valuable discount travel service. For over a year we have tried multiple times to use them and they have never found anything at a better price than what we can find elsewhere." A response said, "We are NOT Lux. We are sorry you have not been able to reach them. *** was one of our clients once, we will have one of our team members reach out to you and see if we can provide you some assistance. Thanks, the *** Vacations Team" Then calling the phone number (and is the number given to us originally by ***, and which we had used looking for the cruise, they refered me to the Lux Sales phone number which has yet to return my calls. Yes, we were pursuaded to buy by a slick sales talk that, as we hesitated, was upgraded to add all of our five adult children as members under our single membership plus annual fee. After a year and a half, none of us have found any discounted travel packages worth taking. The only ones taken anywhere are us and our $8,000 membership fee, so shame on us!Finally, how does this outfit have an A- BBB rating when customer ratings are below 2 ???

  Zero stars Please compare luxe Vacations is the same owner as Avalon resorts above his accreditation was revoked. They are both owned by ***********************, who owns ***************************** real estate in **************** him, and then add multiple companies such as **************** vacancy elite he goes around, stealing from people and ripping off employees, and changing his name every time to try to hide the trail back to his scams.

  WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS, BUT NOT AN OPTION! Went to a travel presentation for Lux Vacations. Was offered airfare with a 7 day cruise. Registered the certificate on 12/4/2022, but luckily did not send any money in to activate it.On 7/23/2023 tried to go to the Dynasty ***************** site and it was no longer available. Then went to Lux Vacation site to try to call them and you can only sign up. The site menu takes you to "Home" with a blank page. THIS IS A SCAM and we were fortunate not to lose any money to either of these companies!

  How do these shameless people sleep at night stealing peoples money without consequences. Why isnt there a no star rating a choice? These con artists deserve jail time not a star.

  We went to a sales pitch for 90-minutes and thought the concept was a great idea as we do travel at least 4 times a year. We received a discounted membership ($4000 less than original). After we signed all the paperwork with 5 days to cancel, we received a welcome call the next day. HOWEVER, we tried calling the number we were provided and got voicemail or were told they were closed. This happened 5 times. We had hoped to reserve a cruise. After researching BBB, we found SOOO many complaints. Since this company won't answer calls and won't return voicemails, I called my bank to dispute the transaction. By the way, ALL their numbers go to the same 844 number and their websites point to 4 different sites.

  On Feb 10, 2022 we purchased a package from this company. They said we would be able to secure handicap accommodations and promised lower prices for practically everywhere we would travel, except for air fare and except for really cheap hotels. We called many times trying to get assistance booking a cruise and getting hotel rooms. The one reservation we were able to complete online was for a hotel that wasn't even open any longer, we found out later. We never got a refund even though I tried. We finally got one person on the phone and she was going to get back to us but never did. I left half a dozen messages with her, *********. I called and texted. I asked for a refund and she said they don't give refunds. Other than her we could never get anyone to help. We wasted $4495. We didn't renew because we couldn't get them to do anything for us for the first $4495, didn't think they would ever help. We would like a full refund of the $4495 or a trip of equal value.

  Many names for the same crooks! Signed up with Avalon Resorts, but charges by ***. Unable to contact anyone, and never received the original call that was promised. Sent my cancellation within the appropriate period of time. Wish me luck!

  Thank You for the opportunity to respond , It Our customer service did have the pleasure of working alongside the members on some cruises they may have liked. however she still chose to cancel her membership . This will go through our compliance department and followed through accordingly.We are sorry to see them go.
