  if I could give them 0 stars I would! So on 4/11/2022 I entered into an agreement with this company, they were hired to remove remove three trees, and replace one sprinkler head, rebuild 3 other sprinkler heads, and install 1 new hunter hydrowise smart timer, the total cost on invoice was *****. My dispute is that this business who advertises as specializing in trimming,removals,fertilization, Irrigation and planting, destroyed my beautiful yard! and allowed my plants that I spent over ***** dollars on die! this company chose to cut corners, and never did anything correctly when it came to my yard! Because I am back and forth to Washington to run my business I have not had great communication with them through this process, I have been ignored and lied to and then recently told by this company that they can do nothing else for me! the one part of the service that was good was the tree removal! but the buck stopped there! They came and put a bandaid on this project and never bothered to come back and finish, they came and reseeded the front and back lawn, but never repaired the irrigation system! I was told that my internet was the issue, however, when I had a tech come out I was informed that the irrigation was not even added to my internet by chip off the old block! by the time they came back after I let them know that the internet was not the issue, two weeks had passed by! then they had one of their own specialists come out and he said that the company had to go and put my old-timer in, Not once did this company ever follow up with me nor did they take their time on anything they were always in and out when working on my yard. I spent good money on my yard and I have before and after pictures. I feel very taken advantage of and overlooked!
