    On July 3, 2023 I paid ***************************** $450 to trim the mesquite tree in my front yard. They botched the job horribly, taking away 80% of the tree, and leaving it listing to one side, resulting in my having to pay someone else to correct the problem ***************************** created.Both representatives of ***************************** with whom I have spoken have agreed with me via telephone that the job was indeed botched, and that I am due a full refund.Beginning on August 2, I have spoken several times with ***************************** representative ***********************************, who has promised me repeatedly that I would receive a check for $450 in the mail within ***** hours. Every time I speak with him (he's very hard to get ahold of and takes several days to return my calls. Calls to *****************************' number go directly to an answering service) he assures me that the check has been sent. It has now been over three weeks since I was promised my money back. ****** no longer returns my calls, and there is no one answering the ***************************** business phone except for an answering service.I am hoping you can get ***************************** to refund my money as was promised.
