    They painted my home, repaired a concrete block knee wall, and put rock in my front yard on Dec 8, 2023. Charged me $3000.00 to paint house, $300.00 to fix wall and $11,100.00 to put rock in yard. They said they would paint my home and replace a part of the wood soffit with wood and clean up after themselves. He put what he called stucco over the defective piece of wood. When tried to get them to paint places they missed was told "being to picky" and they didn't clean up overspray from all around my home. Used wrong material to fix knee wall and only filled in area I could see from my window, not the back side of the wall, just dumped excess in yard. Told me they would put rock in my front yard, I instructed him that a desert landscape with no maintenance on my part because I'm a Disabled Senior. No landscape fabric was used and he didn't even put rock over the whole yard, Put in a watering system and put in flowers. I saw the flowers and said I didn't want them and he put them in anyway with a watering system I didn't want. Would give me the receipt for the rocks. When he finally did it was dated 12/9/2023, the work was done on 12/8/2023, making the receipt was not mine. He told me twice that he was licensed and he was not.
