  Great initial contact Estimator was on site and was completed asap. ****** was very professional.ccc Price was reasonableand i was scheduled for work in a time frame that met my needs. Work crew was excellent and understood what i wanted done. Went the extra mile to finish and cleaned up site properly. Very nice people.

  Had our trees trimmed just before the monsoons hit. They were great. Fast estimate turnaround. Great tree trim job. And cleanup was excellent. Have used them before and will use them again.

  Tree Pros removed a very large tree that was in a challenging place. Their communication was top notch - we knew what to expect. They provided an estimate and got the work done quickly. The large crew arrived promptly, when expected. They were very professional, they cleaned up extremely well and it looks great!

  Had a tree limb come through our patio roof. The guys analyzed it and got it down with no further damage to patio! Very pleased!! And despite a full schedule, they helped me out, same day!

  This is the 3rd time I have used Tree Pro's services. They are very professional and competent. My trees were all trimmed to perfection. New drip lines were installed for 5 of my trees and they seem to be working just fine. However, when they reprogrammed the sprinkler system controls, something seems to have gone wrong. It took a week for me to discover that my planters, a yellow bell tree, and a red yucca were no longer getting any water. I tried to adjust the sprinkler system but don't know whats wrong, so I am watering by hand. Also there may have been a miscommunication between the arborist and the crew. I had contracted for a small cactus to be removed from my rose garden. It was overlooked. I called Tree Pros and they came back after a few weeks and removed the cactus. They used my hose to soften the ground before removal. They just left the hose on the ground instead of replacing on the mounted hose holder on the side of the house. Being 90 years old, going out in the heat to replace it was an unpleasant and difficult task for me. These problems may have just been a one time thing. I was impressed that Tree Pros said they would hold off charging me for the entire 2nd half of my contract until the cactus was removed; which they honored. I think they are a very trustworthy company and I will continue to do business with them.
