    I ordered 2 wheel drums from this company, one was ok but the other one had a big chip out of the edge of it due to improper packaging which makes the drum completely unusable. They stacked one metal wheel drum inside of the other on with very little protection in between the metal. I called the company to ask for a replacement, but no return call. Then I emailed the company, and their response back was that since the product was purchased 3 months ago, they will not do anything to help. I purchased the product 2 months prior not 3 months and the product was damaged due to their lack of proper packaging and handling. I since have sent them another email politely asking for assistance and no response back. This is the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with in my life. BEWARE if you decide to purchase from this company. I will be posting more to warn others on more media and marketplaces.

    Buyer did purchase 2 wheel hubs on Monday Feb 13, 2023 4:59 PM. Items processed and shipped the first available business day after purchased on Tuesday Feb 14, 2023 by the ******************************* included. Both items where shipped in a **** Flat Rate Box with ample packing. ***** received the items on Thursday February 16, 2023, 1:34 pm. ***** contacted on Wednesday May 3, 2023 (approximately 3 months after receiving) stating "I installed one of them and it was fine, however I just a couple of days ago I needed to install the second hub and I noticed that the rim of the hub was chipped off with the fragments still in the bag." We informed the buyer since he waited 3 months to claim a damage on an item, we where unable to process a damage claim with the carrier. ***** then threatened to leave negative reviews on multiple sites. No business would accept a damage claim after almost 3 months - and obviously the buyer opened the package when received as he stated he installed one of the items (so why wait almost 3 months to claim a damage?).
