    I bought the trailer and took possession of it May 4, 2024 June 7 trailer star to rust down the passenger side tail wire guide jamming up June 12 more rush showing June 12 post not working June 13 more rush showing up June 26 tires not wearing properly Control handle fell off other control handles loosening up hydraulic tank falling out hydraulic tank is also leaking

    We have been contacted by ******* ********* regarding his Sun Country trailer. We provided him with warranty information, and he sent us pictures and videos of the issues he is experiencing. After reviewing these and discussing the damage with *******, he admitted to hitting the bottom of the trailer on pavement where construction was taking place. We also discovered many contradictions and inconsistencies in his statements/accusations relative to the information he provided.  Based on our review, we have determined that the warranty will  be voided due to the discovery of abuse and misuse caused by him. Please note that the Sun Country trailer warranty does not cover powder coat, tire or brake wear, or normal wear and tear. Despite this, we offered ******* additional assistance to address his concerns as a gesture of good faith, but he refused these services.
