      I contacted this company to redo my Patio Chairs and help me find a table that would be smaller than the one that I have. When ****** delivered a it was scratched and he immediately said he would bring me a new table next week. This has been going on back-and-forth for a couple years. Every time I call him he says oh Im Im going. I am going to the hospital, but I will call you when I get out.I will call you this time in about a month. That shouldve been March 2025. Here we are in April and Ive left messages on his cell and his business number. No response he always promises, but he never follows ********** all I want is for him to follow through and bring me a table that isnt scratched and damaged. He promises he will do every time I talk to him. His follow-through is despicable.

      I spoke with ******* on 4/18/25 after receiving her phone message in regards to this matter.  We agreed that I would meet her at her home today (4/21/25), which I did.  I showed both ******* and her daughter replacement table options, to which they selected and agreed upon one table they liked.  In addition, the table is being provided with delivery and installation at no cost to them.

       I didn't respond to the complaint because I was out of the country. 

      Please reopen this complaint because it has not been resolved. He  promised things for two years now.

      Always has promised and never followed through. Nice guy but, I get tired of people taking advantage of me.

      I am almost 80 YO and no longer trust people when they say they're going do something and they repeatedly fail to follow through.

      I have no recourse but to complain to somebody who will take care of it for me.

      Please re-open the case.

      As per our first response, we received approval from customer to replace the table within an agreed 4-6 weeks.  I'm unsure why she's still indicating that we are not communicating, as I have that documentation.  As a matter of fact, I spoke to her last week (the week April 30).  We are also doing additional services as agreed with an expected delivery date of May 12 per our conversation.

      At this point, would the customer prefer that we refund her money in full , which will allow her to select another vendor that could reach the level of service that she requires?
