      Came in with the vehicle I wanted in mind and **** helped me all the way through from the inspection and down payment. **** was extremely personable and made my car buying experience a breeze. I would definitely recommend Auto Action if youre looking to build your credit and purchase a vehicle.

      **** was amazing I kept in touch with her for a couple months and when I really needed a vehicle they came thru! Will refer them all the business I possibly can. Every other lot told me no even when they would pitch 100% approval odds I was always the exception. Seriously easy process and fast land easy. Great job and thank you auto action!

      My first time buying experience was horrible . I was sold a car without a key to lock the door they didn't do any inspection on the car like the video says . I was lock out the car the first 4 days and still can't lock it 400 for a custom *** key. They said pay for it or bring it back after I had to pay a lock ***** to get in. And I should be grateful losingvtime away from work and not being able to secure the car. This is what I was afraid of a buy here pay here . All higher management seems related. Was not a good experience for me. But I'll make the best out of it. All I'm saying is they could have told the truth and I still would have bought the car I just wouldn't have locked the doors withing the first hour. And then a week later to be told we'll oh well deal with it or get in another car cause we gave you a deal. Didn't like how ******** gave his welcome call. Telling me I had to.... just lies. Do better I wanted to write a better review. But you won't get better if I'm not honest.
