I purchased a 2012 ***** Silverado from InPower Motors in *******, ******* on July 28th, 2023. I was told everything was good with the truck and there were no issues with this truck. Nothing disclosed within my Vehicle Purchase Agreement and everything was running good, until I got a letter in the mail regarding a Safety Recall for Air Bags within the vehicle. I took it to *************** in ********, ******* on November 11th, 2023, upon arriving at the dealership they proceeded to attempt to service the recall. I later received a concerned phone call from the dealership, whom informed me that there are no airbags within the vehicle and therefore are unable to perform the recall, due to the fact there are no air bags present. ************** informed us that InPower Motors had to have known of this issue and still knowingly sold this vehicle without disclosing this information. Had known that this vehicle was missing a crucial safety part of the vehicle I would have never purchased this car. This car is no longer drivable due to the fact that an accident can happen at any open and could potentially become life threatening. I have tried to get in contact with the dealership, however this location seems to be closed, I reached out to a different location of this dealership and made them aware of this situation and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me I would hear back from her higher *** and I have not heard back. After not hearing back, I sent a follow up email and never heard back. With this known issue, I am now extremely underwater with my loan and it will not be possible to trade in this vehicle because of how this issue has impacted the trade in value. I am only seeking two resolutions to this issue, I am either asking that they take back this truck, as it should not have been sold to begin with due to the lack of safety parts, or I am wanting them to simply pay to replace all of the missing airbags free of charge.

This dealer used deception to sell me a 2011 *** Car & 2014 *** X1 in violation of the ******* Consumer Fraud Act, ARS 44-1522. This deception resulted in damages for repairs, loss from overpayment, lost time and inconvenience while the vehicle was being repaired, and emotional / physical pain and suffering due to Physical Assault by ****. This too merits punitive damages because Defendant took advantage of my disability and acted in a way that was wanton, Abusive, reckless, and recklessly indifferent to my interests. I Entered into a contract for a *** sedan 03/03, vehicle failed inspection Emissions. I returned the vehicle and was swapped into a *** X1. This Vehicle too has Multiple issues under 500 miles. **** happened: When I visited Defendant's dealership, I told its employees I am Autistic but I need a company vehicle.Defendants Employees Mislead me into a false belief of Finance approval based on falsified information and Deception.03/03 IPM conspired to defraud me selling a vehicle theyd stated was clean, no damage, had fresh tune up and oil change. This was false. IPM falsified Financial Information and intentionally misrepresented ARK FINANCIAL and the terms they offer.03/05/23 having autism I returned with my Father noticed financial issues and they were engaging in predatory lending practices in order to Profit off of the deal. My father requested to be present due to me being disabled and **** declined stating If we dont do business alone then you can leave. MGR **** was aggressive to my father and refused him entry to hear the conversation, locking his office sliding door. I felt unsafe but began signing everything he said.On 03/23 10am I was invited into In Power Motors by **************************I advised them they had failed to contact me to service the X1 and that I needed to immediately fix the financing issues and stop the fraudulent transaction. I was told to wait a moment for a manager, then If I am unhappy or leave the car for repossession.

We purchased a ****** 4 runner on a Saturday and was told any and all issues would be fixed if any arose, on the way home we immediately noticed issues and compiled a small list. We took the vehicle in the following week they had it for 7 days and refused to give us an update, when we picked it up he said oh yea the headgasket was blown. They refused to provide documentation for any repairs done and when I asked about my list of issues I was told it wasn't covered and threatened with az state laws. They have since ignore our calls and texts. They in short sold us a vehicle with a blown headgasket and a laundry list of issues and then we were basically told to go away This is a list of concerns Door lock Ac blend door Brake booster assembly Loud noise during start up( most likely oil or water pump assembly)When the headgasket is done these items are supposed to be done as well Head bolts and studs Water pump Thermostat All hoses All fluids Timing chain/guides Timing cover Belt tensioner Oil pump chain (if applicable)All other related gaskets The only things I agreed to fix is the front struts and windsheild I would like all other suspension components and bushings looked over and replaced if need be The lights for traction and stability control are on and do not respond at all the the button on the dash Transmission sometimes shifts hard or delays shift. This isn't all the time it happens intermittently Also paperwork for any repairs wasn't provided, I would like documentation proving any and all repairs were done and by what shop
