  Beware of this business..they have fraudigently charged me for two items I never asked for that has nothing to do with the vehicle not starting, The Car is not fixed and I am disputing $1,000 of the $2,000 I owe them. Actualy I paid them $500 for the other half of which I have no problem paying them of which only $500 is owed. They try to tell me I needed a new battery of which would be the 3rd one in 4 years. No I need the parasitic drainage fixed that damages the battery, but in no way did this effect the start and performance of the vehicle. It was easy for them to sneak it in there, or at least they thoughts, and a new battery I did not need because I just bought one. So basically my car is the same as I brought it in, but they want $1500 more dollars. They try to claim it took 3 guys to install the battery in one hour? How is that possible without them stepping over one another. Took me 46 minutes to pull battery out and 15 to put back in. Same as the starter. Nope aint going to pull this on me

  I wouldn't buy a lawn mower from them.The amount of BS these guys spread is incredible. Ever hear of a Non-mechanic so good he can tell you there's nothing wrong with a car just by listening to it?? OR, we had "a guy" listen to the engine and he said high end after market clutches "sound like that". Well, there was no "High end clutch" it was stock AND regardless of what the Engine whisperer said, it was in fact bad. I have texts and a recorded phone call, one admitting they didn't even have anyone "qualified" to work on it, yes, one of their shop guys said this in a text.There's plenty more nonsense and not enough room to list here. Needless to say, they NEVER honored their "warranty", they never even properly looked at it and never gave it a proper diagnosis.

  We absolutely encourage customers to "check everything out."I guess my earlier ****** and Yelp responses to your wife, ************************************* false allegations weren't enough to prevent you from further slandering our business over your own neglect. Points of fact:1.) You came and test drove the vehicle on a Saturday and explained to us that you were buying the vehicle for your 18 year old son. 2.) On the test drive, the Check Engine Light came on. Because our shop was closed, **** suggested we wait until first thing Monday for our ****************** to check it out and get it fixed. You were unwilling to wait and instead drove this vehicle over 500 miles with a check engine light on! **** replaced a faulty injector 507 miles after purchase.3.)After **** more miles of driving since **** diagnosed and inspected the vehicle, the engine needed to be replaced which the warranty covered the vast majority of. So where was Munich Motors at fault here ******************? Was our wrong doing the fact that we wanted to identify the issue and fix it before you purchased the vehicle and drove it to ****? Or was it the fact that we covered half the cost of a warranty for you per your request? Or was it from not having even more foresight than **** itself to foresee future issues **** miles after they repaired the vehicle?I recognize that blaming a customer can appear unbecoming of a business but the public has a right to know we aren't reading the review of an honest person(s). I don't know what type of business you run at Toltec Builders but I surely hope you don't come across customers like yourself any time soon. The only thing we should have done differently is not conducting business with you in the first place.

  I've had work done on my vehicle(s) by this establishment for several years and up until now I thought they did pretty good work. I am not sure what happened within the last year, but the quality of work has tremendously declined. Over the last 6 months I spent thousands of dollars on work that appears to have been poorly done from misdiagnosing problems to not properly reconnecting wires that were disconnected during repair to taking stabs at what they "thought may have been the issue" only to find that it's something different. As a result I had to take my vehicles back several times for the same issue. Needless to say, I will no longer be doing business with this establishment.

  I am not sure why your perception of the quality of work we performed changed, frankly. Our primary technicians have been with us for over five years each and have always been the same ones working on your car. As to the specific objection you raised about "misdiagnosing" issues, I personally, and very clearly informed you we would make no guarantee about any repair alleviating the specific noise you were hearing as you had multiple broken suspension components and we were going to start with the worst ones and hope it would address your concerns. Communication is key and I felt we were very clear in setting expectations which you asknowledged at the time of approval. In hind sight, I suppose I should have only agreed to work on your vehicle if you were addressing ALL identified issues. Best of luck in the future.
