      I was two months behind on my payment my boss and I went in and talked to **** and he said as long as we paid next week nothing would happen they never gave me a notification of repossession he deceived us by picking the car up next day broke my gate on my property cut off my lock I had on the trailer attached to my car I explained I fell behind because the cancer treatment and heart building from my heart attack said my car was in ****** ******* the day before when I was with my boss getting treatment all my meds were in the car for my lymphoma and my heart meds will not get ahold of me he shouldnt be in business everything he did was against ******* state law I need my meds and now he can keep the junk he sells I want my down payment back and my payments personal property and the rented trailer hitch on the car please call me back and stop this business from operating

      Hello, when we sell a vehicle we have every customer sign a legal contract which instructs them what happens if they do not make their monthly payments on time. The customer stated that he did not make his payment for a couple of months. The customer told us that the car was located in ********* and that it had a bad engine and was not drivable. We found out that the vehicle was located in *******. When we repossess a vehicle, the customer is allowed to get their belongings out of the car under the condition that they give us the key to the car. The customer did come and get their belongings out of the car. We fulfilled our end of the contract by lending the customer the money for the car to be paid back in monthly installments. The customer did not fulfill his end of the contract by not making his monthly payment. We only make money when our customers pay their car payments. Most car dealerships would have repossessed this vehicle days after the first missed monthly payment, we were lenient in letting it go almost three months past due. We would have liked for this customer to have fulfilled his end of the contract but that was not the case.
