    On 2/12/2024 my husband and I brought our 2017 ****** GTR into Wrap a lot Customs for them to replace the vinyl wrap on the top of the vehicle. The total was $400. We had to put down a $200 deposit when we booked the appointment and then we needed to pay the remaining $200 after the work was done. We dropped off the vehicle around 10am and returned to pick it up around 3pm same day. The vinyl wrap was not done properly and sloppy. There were two parts of on top of the vehicles roof were not put back on correctly after they took them off to place the vinyl. Worst of all they had made a long deep scratch in the vehicles paint. This was caused by them cutting the vinyl wrap on the car itself. We brought this to the attention of lady we had been in contact with (************). She had given us the number to the manager ***. *** and ***** said we could bring the car in for them to redo the vinyl at no cost. I did not want to bring the car back to them due to the first experience. I asked for a refund of $200 deposit as well as wanted the damage fixed. He denied the refund and asked to send him over the quote for the damage when I received one. I sent him the quote the same day I received it 2/28 via text message (quote of $2,342.81) Shortly after sending the quote to *** he called me and asked me what the charges on the quote meant. I explained the best I could and told him he can contact the repair shop and they would go over the quote with them. *** said he would be in contact with me after calling the shop and checking an available time for the job to be redone. I had not heard from either one of them for 5days so I called **** His phone has been shut off. ***** did not respond to my text nor return my phone call 3/6. The next day I reached out and she has blocked my number. I continued to send messages, call and send email but no response. I have also reached out to the owner *********************** via email but no response.
