      Im shocked at how poorly I was treated by both the online **** and the phone ****. I asked multiple times for them to explain their auto-renewal policy to me, which nobody was able to do. I asked for a supervisor and asked her to explain their policy to me, which she was unable to do, and hung up in my face. PlayStation has really become a scam and doesnt have any respect for their customers

      *** never had such bad experience with customer service in any company . I have 3 days trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days . Everytime a representative comes to the chat Im not able to write back. My package was lost

      When I checked my bank account $19.25 was taken out by Playstation with a phone number linked to it. When I called the number and asked for a refund due to the fact that I do not own a playstation nor did I authorize the deduction, I was told, "I'm sorry, I can't help you. If you do not know the email account associated with the playstation account, there's nothing I can do." How is this even legal???!!! So, someone has my card number and I have to close my card out, call my creditors and advise of a new card number because they won't take my card number out of the system. What a scam!!!!

      I bought helldivers2 On PlayStation for $40 when the game came out did not play the game until now 9-10-24 it would not allow me to play now saying I have to subscribe to the PlayStation plus which is minimum $70 a month maximum over $100 Their customer support said there is nothing they can do after 14 days. I have spent zero minutes into this game until now and still cannot get a refund It is infuriating that a single parent has to go through shady BS like this when all I want to do is relax after a long day of working, doing homework, making dinner getting a chance to relax and play a game I paid for! do not think I will be making any purchases on PlayStation again.

      Playstation is the hardest business to contact. Chat ban appeal doesn't exist. There is no security they are charging people for games that they already charged us for in the past. Playstation is scamming and violating everyone's info and rights.

      HORRIBLE customer support. I was told I'd be escalated but that just means I would get the exact same email over 5 business days (Though I was told 3-4 business days) that I can't even reply to. Obviously PlayStation doesn't care about their customers.

      Hello, I really want to know how is it possible to fix any issues with Playstation if you can not get a live person. They offer the chat, but the its prompt question and responses. I have been trying to get someone for the pass couple of days and nothing. I even tried to go to the Game stop and tried to get a question asked and they were like good luck with getting someone at Playstation customer service. My issue is this with the amount of money that we pay for the product, we should be able to get some assistants. I really think its unacceptable that you can not get NO ONE; at all to answer questions or just simply help you with something that they were website can not do. I need for them to do better, because they this is not a good look at all.
