    sometime in December 2024 I kept seeing adds for a set of ear buds that translates 150 different languages and all you had to do was wear the ear buds and presto, So since im here around alot of Spanish speaking people I thought it would be great to have a pair so I could know what they are saying so I could respond to them. I saw the pair I have (Qnmittry Language Transl... on Amazon) and ordered them and I was excited. I got them in and they are nothing like they advertise, for each language you have to pay at least 6 dollars a month and someone else has to have an ear bud for it to work. I was angry!! Now I have a pair I can not use at all. I complained to Amazon about them and they basically said " so what!!. I paid around 105. dollars for them and cannot use them at all.

    On 2/3/25 I contacted Amazon about having a refund transferred from the gift card they had credited to me on 1/28/25 for my return to refund it back to the balance of the credit card that had been originally used. I have contacted them several times with the first 2 or 3 times saying that it will take 5-7 days to credit my card. It never showed up, so on either Monday 2/17 or Tuesday 2/18, I can't remember which day, I had told them to just credit the gift card back and they said it would take 24 hours. It is either 48 or 72 hours later and still no credit. I had contacted them yet again today about this issue, but I am not hopeful.The amount I am supposed to get credited is $32.55.

    Organizations ask me prove my identity by sending my id or I cant get my money back. I dont feel safe giving my information to organizations. on an item I had purchased November. Accused me of fraud with out a reason.

    I ordered two arched mirrors for a flipper house that I'm remodeling. The mirrors did not fit so I returned them to Amazon and ordered new ones. However, I only received a refund for one of the mirrors even though both mirrors were returned back to Amazon. They are saying I won't receive my money back unless I send them my personal identification card. There is no reason they should ask for private information to receive a refund for something I have already returned to them. They have the product, and I would like my money back. Asking for personal information such as a picture of my ID is outrageous. How can I get my money back??

    I ordered an item on Dec 10, the shipment was delayed serval times and i was not sure when i would receive my item, I needed this item by Dec 21. As of Dec 20th it was still delayed with no *** of delivery. I cancelled the item and ordered another similar it that was more expensive that would be delivered the next day. My order history reflects the item was cancelled and i will receive a refund within 3-5 days. When i called to check the status today Dec 24, I was told by several associates it would take until Jan 18th to receive my refund, because this is a return. I explained several times i never received the items even went over the tracking history reflecting this and was rudely hung up on by THREE managers. I do not understand how a company can delay my refund for an item i never received, i should not have to wait for them to receive the item back and process before i am refunded. I would like this escalated and my refund expedited. .

    I SENT BACK THE **** IT WAS DELIVERED ON THE 11TH OF JULY AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND AND I AM SICK OF WAITING. THIS IS WHAT AMAZON HAS BECOME, THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD.

    This is the second time Amazon's delivery services have caused me harm, inconvenience and or cost.Amazon is now using a variety of delivery and pick up services that are in some cases unsafe and or incompetent as they do not follow the expected and amazon documented procedures and/or the delivery information on the choose to ignore them.They now use "gig" drivers who are unsafe, do not mind community driving rules and come at all hours of the night. I believe this is introducing the new crime we are seeing in our area and none of that is disclosed.Recently *** or someone a sub contractor of *** was called by AMAzon to pick up a box (a return)- they are supposed to knock on the door and confirm the item to be returned and leave me the receipt as they bring the label in this case. instead on Tuesday May 28th I heard a loud slam of my front gate (which is marked private and my instructions to Amazon is that all deliveries are to go to the carport) at 945pM (that is outrageous and never disclosed it would be that late) but it does say some one has to be there. NO one knocked on the door just grabbed the first box they saw and ran out - it was the WRONG BOX ! This is the SECOND time this has happened I am still waiting for amazon to find the restoration hardware item they took "by mistake" on 11/11/22 costing me over 3000.00.This company is unsafe and as soon as possible when all my recent issues are resolved I will cancel them and I will suggest banning them from our community as again they are unsafe and incompetent and make a motion that all amazon deliveries must be at a locker and they cannot deliver to the property anymore. I called that night (may 28th) ************************************************************************************** the next day - *** could have been called and it scanned and back to me..NOW they say they found it - and I have to wait 14 + days to get it back after they check it not even sure what that means.

    I placed an order with Amazon on line on Nov 25, 2023 for a ******************* Italian 24kt Yellow Gold Fleur-****** 1-Gram Ingot Pendant Necklace With 14kt Yellow Gold Frame Tracking ID: ****************** I never received a confirmation it had been delivered. I work from home. There was no reason to check my door after placing an order on Nov 25th. I do not have prime. Never received the necklace. I contacted the seller which was ******************* by message through Amazon. I was directed to contact Amazon. After several calls and messages. This issue was not resolved. I contacted my bank. The bank asked to forward the messages from Amazon. Which I did. This issue has not been resolved. I consulted an attorney through my employer. He suggested to contact the BBB as a last resort.     I have contacted Amazon about my return & they are stalling on giving me my refund. I received the dog stroller on 01/09/24 and returned it b/c it has a rip in the fabric. I returned it & requested a refund. They received item in Az facility on 01/17/24. There is no reason for them to not give me a refund.
