    I'm so angry with this company. My system stop working less then 5 months and it too 1 months to get the parts. No one speaks clear English and I'm to I have to pay out of pocket for labor a 5 month system that cost ,e over *****.. Klever has been a nightmare and I will never purchase anything from them again. Beware of this company.

    Mrs. ******* Just as we are answering your review right now, the same way we have been answering and helping you deal the warranty issue with the manufacturer since the beginning. We do not control how long it may take them to send the replacement parts, but we were able to get yours fairly quickly. We are also sending our technician between today and tomorrow as you told us that those days work best for you to replace the part that is at no cost. We received your email this morning, we understand that you had the reason to get angry but we did explain you in our replied email that it was our mistake and that you did not have to pay for the labor of the technician. We do not understand why you need to put our clearly great reputation so low when you have been well treated as any of our customers. In response to your comment about our English, comment that you have had the pleasure to say to us repeatedly, you are right, none of us in Klever Water LLC, speaks English as a first language, but still we have been doing our best as always, thank you for doing business with us a *************************

    We love our new water system. It takes away all the nasty white marks on the sink and saves us time too. Instead of getting 5 gallons if drinking water at the store. We just fill up the bottles and put it inside the water dispenser.
