    Basically, my complaint is textbook to the first complaint listed. We had to contact HP regarding setting up our new printer 1/11/24 hp provided Cissols contact information they stated a ******************************* was wanted by ******** and he was the one who infected my computer. The card they showed ended up being a movie prop from the movie The Dark Knight(I found out after the fact). Then I became infected again and they said it was a different problem and wanted ****** after already paying ****** Then my fiance was in the hospital 2/6 -2/10 and then her computer once again was infected and they wanted another ****** I argued for some.time they cussed me out and blocked my number.

    10/16/2023 had problems with HP Printer. HP (supposedly) told me I needed a Network Security and offered the CISSOLS, ************* They spent days in my computer and charged me $699.00 and then told me the hackers were still in my computer and I needed to add additional apps for a total of $199.00 to a ***************** in *******. They called me and scared the h*** out of us thinking we were in trouble when they were in fact the hackers. I had to change everything in my house and I am still not up and running properly. I submitted this to BBB Scam Tracker and they informed me to reach out to you. They said (**** from Cissols) they put on WinProShield and told me they were a subsidiary of ***** (which they are not). I have spent so much money cleaning out my computer and trying to obtain security for them not to return. I actually watched them going into my computer and telling me that I should have answered the phone so they knew my every move, quite scary. I don't want this to happen to others....they are not who they say they are and were very rude and hung up on me, very, very unprofessional. This came in through HP so that is also a concern that they are imposing as people who fix the printers. Please let me know if you need anything else? Thank you!

    I had problems setting up a new HP PRINTER and connected to their help site. After several attempts with no response I received a pop up number ************** which I called and they directed me to another phone number ************ and was instructed they would help. They stated they would connect me to ********* network engineers online. I was connected to Cissols LLC PHONE # ************.The person I spoke with said they could help me if they could access my computer. They accessed my computer and stated the computer was infected with ****** infections and for $548 they could fix my network and get my new printer working. After several hours the printer worked and the computer seemed fine. I was told they did not take credit cards and I should sent a check. RED FLAG!! I sent a cashier check for $548 on 30 September 2024.On 17 October 2023 I received a urgent phone call that my computer had been taken over. The technician asked to take over the computer at which point the screen filled with ****. He stated that showed me someone took over my computer. He said that it could be fixed for an additional charge.I told him this was a scam and I would report this to the *************************** He got very nasty with me and told me to fix myself and hung up.I was out $548 dollars and can only hope someone will stop this fraud!!!!
