I was contacted by an Eason Consultant in July 2022 and was working with that consultant, and she helped set me up with a company who needed help. I am getting paid through that business and the extra income is helping me earn enough money to get my own website launched. When I filled out the information I did not realize that I was registering a complaint with the BBB. I thought I was getting in contact with another consultant. I made a mistake thinking I was getting to Eason. Prior to them contacting me in the last few days they did not realize I was with them. I had been working with the same consultant. I had emailed her numerous times, called and left her plenty of messages and she had not responded. Come to find out the person I was working with was no longer with the company. She did not send my file over to another Eason consultant. It was the fault of the employee who left the company and did not tell me she left. Since I have found all this out and they found out about me they have contacted me and I told them where I was at in regards to what I had discussed with the other consultant. I have an appointment on Monday to discuss my next steps to launching my website. I am very happy with the response and I am looking forward to working with Eason. I am excited to finally get started.

I think you are letting Eason Technology or ******************** Solutions get away with cheating people of their hard earned money. I first talked to ************* of ******************** Solutions and was told that for $499 I could make money from a website that listed Amazon products. All I had to do was get people tobuy from my website and I would earn a commission. They tried to teach me how to set up my website but at 86 years old it was all Greek to me. So I asked for my money back and the lady who was training me said no refund her name is *************************** and she went ahead and set up the website. So, thought I would check it so I ordered an Ipad for $104 but I then noticed that the Amazon name was no where to be seen. I waited 3 weeks and no Ipad and no one from the ******************** would answer their phone. I finally found out the company that handled the ******************** Company credit card order (Stripe) and they charged me $3.02 and gave me $101.91. I then started searching for other people in the company like the *** ******** ********************. Mr. ******************** said he would look into my refund. Called a week later and a ***************************** answered the phone and said he was handling Mr ********************** calls. I told him my story and he said he would take care of it. After a week I called again and ****************** said he was going to send me a check for $499 since I asked for a refund before my website was setup. I waited a week and a half and I called and got his voice mail and left a message, same thing happened again 4 days later. Now when they see my number no one picks up. How can I get my money back? *******************************,
