5 starsThese guys are incredible, and I am very thankful for the teams help with getting my FBA store up and running. My payments from Amazon come in on time and the team calls me to make sure I get the money every time. **** is amazing and it is always a pleasure to talk to him and he is always there for when me and my wife have questions about the program. You should be ashamed of the way your company handles business. I dealt with your company in good faith. I thought I was buying site and be an affiliate of Amazon. Thats not what I got. Your scammers are very slick in their sales pitch.Beadstar LLC

They are definitely scammers! Pretended to work for Amazon and Took my $500 and have been passing me around to mentors who refuse to work with me because I wont give them an additional $5000 which they never told me about.Now I cant get a hold of anyone! Terrible people.Beadstar LLC

We here at the Adstar Team are saddened to hear if one of our clients is having a negative experience.We strive for good customer service and proper customer care. For nearly 15 years the vast majority of clients have experienced success and a good working relationship with our staff.When we hear of a client experiencing the opposite, we dive in to discover the details. We record ALL of our customer service calls and keep accurate records.Here is what we found:On 11/9 ******************** contracted us legally to provide her with a website and set up an Amazon Affiliate ID connected to that for her. (we have provided the documents for reference)On 11/15 we finished the project and delivered it to ******************** On 11/17 we contacted client to let them know this program is meant for tech savvy clients who are capable of doing their own internet marketing, but we also have professional marketing packages we offer for clients who are not interested, or not capable of doing their own marketing. All these packages were declined. On 12/05 we were notified client was struggling do self marketing On 12/07 we contacted client by phone and advised that we were sending an assistance packet via email to help with "do it yourself" style marketing.We have a no questions asked refund policy for the first *************************** this time frame. Any request for refund would have been granted without hesitation.No such request was made.We are saddened when this type of online e-commerce is not a good fit for someone we meet, and we wish them the best of luck in all future adventures. It's not for everyone.For those that do try to enter the world of ecommerce online, we offer them this: at least spend more than 3 weeks working at it, and be open minded to opportunities, instead of posting bad reviews and harming others who try to help Best of luck Adstar Team.Review fromVERONICA M

A bunch of scammers, when I asked for references that told me it was illegal to provide them, I told the man I was going to do my research on his proposal and consider it and he was trying to get me to do it "right now" with him. Very pushy, very sleezey group BEWAREBeadstar LLC
