      Can I give them less than a "1" star more like a negative number compared to my experience with this company! Wow! I mean zero customer service! They lie, ghost you, and will not respond to emails, VM messages these people are just simply HORRIBLE when it comes to communicating or following through on their promises! The guy in tech ****** flat-out lies and will not even acknowledge your message. I know he sees the emails because I have a tracker on them but he never responds. My advice is never to buy their products, EVER! Stay away from this company!!!

      I ordered the wrong mag and I asked to cancel my order before it ship and wanted a refund they said they would and never have and wont respond to calls or emails

      Zero integrity, zero honesty, zero care for doing right by the customer. I ordered two magazines and they did not work in my firearm. $70 plus for the two products. I emailed and called for weeks to get an RMA and finally got in touch with them. Then it took a week plus to get my RMA. I returned the items. PROMAG took over a month after receiving my return, yes I tracked it, to give me $30 dollars back!!! Both mags came in an individual zip lock bag one of which I opened. Almost seems like they expect their products to be returned. Maybe this is their business model. Sell a product that doesn't work, get the product, give a fractional refund, sell returned product again.

      Bought and paid for two 17rd mags for a S&W from them. Their address is *******, but the package was sent from ******. Only one magazine was in the box. Tried calling them several times. NEVER an answer to the phone. Sometimes you cannot even leave a message. Never a return call. I took pictures of the box and shipping label showing the weight at less than 1 pound. I weighed the box and one mag,showing that 2 of the mags and the box would be well over 1 pound. Now I must go through my credit card dispute process in order to make things right. Wish I'd visited the BBB site and learned their history of customer (dis)service before giving them my money. Very hard to believe they stay in business, considering their complete disregard of customers.

      I sent back **** round ar-15 mags for 7.62x39 after months emailing months!! then they finally got back to me then days went by and they told me we can not ship you 30 round mags in your state which I already knew I told the guy I only wanted 5 round mags because the 30 round mags was junk!! And I'm well aware of the magazine restrictions on purchasing them in the state not owning them they finally said okay we will send them. Send them back with a letter saying what you need and I did clearly and after days passed again I called them to only find out its on hold because they can't send me 30 round mags in this state which again I already knew this and told them many times I wasn't asking for 30 round mags I was only asking for 5 round mags they sent me one when I was told I would receive 5-5 round mags i sent back ****round mags which is $30 a pieace on there web page not what i paid which was more btw and only got one 5 round mag which is $25 this company doesn't have communication between employees and there products is trash they have a bad name in the industry and there ratings reflect that!!! Highly upset I would give zero stars if that was an option!!! Will never purchase any promags ever again!!

      I purchased a **************** drum and thing blew apart after about 60 rounds . Literally used this mag twice, messaged them about an RMA never received an email back.
