    Not happy with the job that was done on my vehicle I have experience auto glass come out on Wednesday June 6 I have part of my vehicle missing and broken there is window sealant on the interior and scratches on the plastic pillar of the rear window the vehicle is 15 + years old I understand that but I take good care of of my car and for someone to trash it and do what I think is a terrible job it unacceptable I hope they do right and make me car look how it looked before they touched it I have pictures of all the weather stripping on the car and they where in good shape the service tech never brought up that they take out the old windows seals or even asked if I wanted them to be reused over all this has been a bad experience an I will not be recommending or using this company again I want this solution to be fused be repairing everything that was damaged an broken The interior The headliner The window seals The rear view mirror clamp for the wire so its not showing Make the window job lol decent an not rushed

    Hello **** my name is ***** *********, owner of Expert Auto Glass Repair.  For some reason we never noticed this complain and I apologies for the late response.  After researching this I found out the you and ***** ****, my manager, took care of everything back in August and there is no more issues to deal with.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate reaching back out to us.

    The company continues to make what I consider harassing cold calls. I have asked them not to call. I have hung up on them. They continue to call. And, when I told the person who called last that I was going to call the BBB his response was mocking in tone.

    We deeply apologies for the phone calls you have been receiving.  We have a sophisticated phone system that logs and records everything here at our office.  We do not have any records of us ever calling you.  We are a company that would never call someone one if they asked us not to.  If there is another number that you have so we can can check it, we can do that as well.  The number you provided is now in our system and will never be called.  If you have any concerns please give me a call directly and I will talk to you personally.

    I did not give them the phone number that they called as I did not want them ever calling me again. They have my name (they addressed me personally at the time of the call) that should be enough.

    Again, we apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused you.  We have searched our entire database with both the number and name I can not find anything.  This does not mean that your number is not under a different name by accident.   I can assure you all we are trying to do is make sure that our company, if did, never calls you again because we can not find any record that we did.  If you do not want to submit the number though the BBB, can I, the owner, reach out to try to get this handled?  We take these complaints very seriously and we are not a company that maliciously calls anyone.   We are trying to get this handled in the best way that work for you but we need to get the number so we can do research on it.
