    Im filing this complaint about Penske Rapid Repairs auto glass division. The customer service process is unacceptable and terrible. Ive called multiple times over the last 3 months and Ive been met with multiple 30+ min waits only to leave a message and not receive a call back. I know theyre still in business because a friend of mine got theirs replaced. If I did not have to use them, I would! It is far fetched to believe that theyre #1 in windshield repair/replacement. Im filing this to make others aware of the below subpar performance of this company.
