  I had The Jackson Glass company do glass on a large building on my property in *********.***** the owner gave me a bid for $38,000.He asked for half down $19,000 stating that the remainder would be payed when *** was completed.***** assured me job would be finished ne August 15th.I insisted that the job must be finished no later then August 15th.Well that didn't happen.***** came to me August 13th and said he needed a additional $5000.00 for the purchase of the glass because under estimated cost.He only had 1 window out of 12 to finish,so I gave him the $5000.00.***** and a worker showed up a few days later and installed the last window.I didnt see him for a while after that.Then ***** called me and said he needed $10,000 more for final materials need for all the trim for the windows.At first I wasn't going to give it to him,think this might force him to finish job.Later he said without the extra $10,000 it would be awhile before he could finish,so I gave it to him because I had other contractors that wanted to start their work.***** showed up a couple days in a row for a few hours each day.His wife called telling they needed the remainder of money $3000.00 because they had used money from other jobs they were doing on my job and they only had 5 hours more work to do on my building.Her and ***** both said they would finish remaining work on September 15th.30 days after they were supposed of finished.***** showed up with a worker the morning of September 15th.I was leaving for work,but stopped me to say he was foing to finish.A hour later I looked at my security cameras.I saw ***** and his worker removing all the tools and remaining materials for the job site.I called him to find out what they were doing,but he did not answer his phone.When I got back home I went to see if work was done.They did not do anything but remove everything from the job site.*** was not finished and what work he had done before was very amateur,not professional at all.I was just a scam.
