    All Pro Shade Concepts has delivered every time. **** has come out multiple times to give quotes. He arrived on time and provided quick and accurate estimates. He later arrived and installed the order faster than quoted. **** and ****** called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were able to install and answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, an awesome experience with everyone. Will definitely do business with them again in the future!

    I had a wonderful experience from initial interest to install of my motorized shade, and outdoor screens.*******************, our sales contact, was very knowledgable and not pushy or belittling like some companies can be towards woman customers.******************* was easy to get a long with, responsive to all of my texts and calls, and patient.The installers were excellent too. ****** and ***** were right on time, organized, clean, and installed the huge motorized screen easily without damaging any of my stucco or property.They were quick, friendly, and I would love to have them all around the house to do handy work ! ha !******************* came back to my home and installed the outdoor screens too. He was awesome from beginning to end. Pricing was on the high end, but I think the quality of the product will hold up over time and I like the warranty.Appreciate you 3 very much! ************, and ***** !

    We recently purchased a retractable shade from All Pro Shade Concepts. From the time ***** came to show us the product to the time it was installed by **** and ****, we were extremely pleased. They were all very professional and friendly, listened to our concerns and made sure that we were happy with the product and installation before they left.     This company and the product/services/pricing is top shelf. The process was so easy; they got all the permits needed for the **************** as well as our HOA (of which they knew the ins and outs of the criteria needed for our approval).Brok Butts is an exceptional sales agent - not arrogant like another company we talked to, very informative around the product and installation process and was knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions.Our installers - ***** and **** A - we top shelf as well. It was raining on the say of our install and yet it only took an hour and a half to do the whole installation including the wiring. Courteous, very well versed on their process of installation and super professional. Even cleaned up after themselves inspite of the rain.We can't recommend this company enough. You have to give them a chance to see your project. They even gave us a military discount!!

    Spoke to ****** & explained our problem with another companys ***************************** a video. He diagnosed the ************** a crew out the same ************************* Guy (*****) they fixed the problem quickly & were knowledgeable, polite & professional.Would definitely recommend.

    We just got our screens installed. **** did a great job.From our quote to install was only about 2 weeks. We highly recommend them.Not only do they look great and keep our home cooler and add extra privacy, but they are very reasonably priced.Thank you!
